Vous avez téléchargé votre certificat de scolarité ou votre relevé de compte ESSEC sur lequel figure la signature du Registraire. Il peut arriver, notamment une organisation située à l'étranger, que vous deviez faire légaliser la signature de votre Registraire.
Pour cela, vous devez procéder en ligne

Il s'agit d'une signature "institutionnelle", et non pas ponctuelle.
En effet, la Registraire (dont le nom et le tampon figurent sur votre certificat de scolarité et/ou votre relevé de compte ESSEC) a effectué le dépôt de sa pièce d'identité et de sa signature à la CCIR, renouvelle l'opération tous les deux ans, que donc la CCIR détient les enregistrements.
N'oubliez pas de payer en ligne votre commande.
La légalisation vous sera alors envoyée dématérialisée.

You've downloaded your enrollment certificate or your ESSEC account statement which bear your Registrar's signature. You may be required by an institution, especially abroad, to have your Registrar's signature legalized or certified.
To do this, you proceed online

It is a so-called "institutional" signature, not a one-time signature.
Indeed your Registrar's ID and signature have duly been submitted to the CCIR, renewed every two years, and therefore are kept in the CCIR records.

You'll be sent a digitized certification.
