- Non European students from red-zone countries can register to French Social Security prior to their arrival in France provided that they have got their French student visa and their enrollment certificate since these documents must be uploaded to the Social Security platform.

See Campus France tutorial in attachment.

Or join the webinars organized by the Registrar's office to do the procedure with our assistance.

Then, either they can be vaccinated or they can get their health pass if they were vaccinated outside the European Union without having to wait until they get their Social Security number.
