International students who started their program at Essec Singapore campus and are registered for courses in Cergy campus for next term need to apply for a visa to study in France. They are recommended to start the visa application as soon as possible to avoid any delays during the peak period, and in any case at least 90 days before the start of classes in France.

First they must follow the step-by-step Campus France procedure on "Études en France" online platform by selecting "I have been accepted" option [https://www.singapour.campusfrance.org/i-have-been-accepted].

Caution! The Campus France procedure does not guarantee the issuance of a visa.

After validation by Campus France, they can proceed with the visa application [https://www.singapour.campusfrance.org/get-your-visa] directly at the French Consulate by registering online via the official visa website for France “France-Visa” [https://france-visas.gouv.fr/en/web/france-visas].

If they return to their country of residence before continuing in Cergy campus, they will have to proceed as above if their country is affected by the “Etudes en France" procedure administrated by Campus France. See list of countries: https://www.campusfrance.org/en/application-etudes-en-france-procedure

Caution! No organization, individual, or entity has any right in the visa-granting process, which is the sole responsibility of the French consular service.

Prepare all required documents in advance to submit your visa application on time: the sooner the better!

Once you have got your student visa from the French consulate, you'll have to upload a scan copy of your visa in the MyRegistrar intranet, section Administrative Process.
