I'm in apprenticeship, how much am I to pay?

What do I still need to pay as an apprentice?

1) MSc in Hospitality (IMHI)
Students enrolled in the 2-year program who proceed with an apprenticeship are exempt from paying tuition and administrative fees.

2) MS MMD, DAIM, GAISC

Students who are doing their apprenticeship are exempt from paying tuition and administrative fees.

3) Global BBA
Students completing their apprenticeship in Semester 9 (the first semester of Year 5) are exempt from administrative fees until December 31st.
If they undertake a post-apprenticeship internship or any academic activity starting January 1st, they must re-enroll and pay the administrative fees.

4) Grande École
Case 1: Students in the Grande École program doing their apprenticeship, whose Master 1 registration fees have already been waived, will be required to pay Master 3 registration fees.

Case 2: Students completing their apprenticeship during academic year N must pay the administrative fees for year N if they have already benefited from a two-year exemption.

In any case, student contributions, ancillary fees, alumni fees, and preventive medicine fees remain the responsibility of the student.

Summary:

Since students in the Grande École program can undertake their apprenticeship at any point during their Master’s degree:

  • Registration fees and tuition are waived for the first two years of the Master’s program (Master 1 and Master 2), for which tuition fees are normally charged.
  • For all other years, students are required to pay registration fees as well as preventive medicine fees.

Note: Due to the March 8, 2018 reform, apprentices returning during the academic year remain under the general Social Security regime for employees, as the student Social Security regime no longer applies.
