Phishing attempts regarding the carte vitale or the Ameli account are unfortunately getting more frequent. The messages sent by the fraudster are realistic and emphasize on the urgency.

Please keep in mind the following:
- The carte vitale is free of cost and does not expire
- CPAM offices never ask for bank account nor personal information by email or SMS. If needed, they ask for information via the Ameli account.
- If you lose your carte vitale card and need to re-apply for it, please do so on your Ameli account.
