To order a new ESSEC ISIC student card, go to:
- Your intranet: My Registrar
- Click on the "My ISIC card" tab
- Then on "Renew my card"
Please note that you need to pay 25€ online for the new card.
Upon receipt of your request, your previous card will be deactivated. It can no longer be used.
After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation by email. This message can be used to prove that you are an ESSEC student while your new student card is being shipped. The security team on the Cergy campus might ask you to see this very message in order to let you enter the buildings.
You will receive a message from us once your new student card is ready for collection at the Registrar's office.
You should expect 10 business days before the new card is available. Any remaining credit on your electronic wallet will be credited to the new card.
