I am doing a double degree with Centrale. When do I have to pay my tuition fees?

The Grande Ecole Study Guide stipulates:

Students pay the full tuition fees to ESSEC (Pre-Master's and MSc years). During the two years of study at Centrale, students will pay the partner institution the amount of two years' tuition fees. Social security contributions will be paid to the home school.

In addition, your financial contract also stipulates in Article 3:

Tuition fees for the first three academic years are payable and must be paid, regardless of the number of courses taken by the student, regardless of their educational activity (internship or exchange), regardless of where they carry out their educational activity (Cergy or Singapore campus, company for an internship, foreign or French partner institution).
