1. French Government Scholarships (BGF)

France Excellence Major Scholarships: If you graduated from a French high school in Turkey (e.g., Lycée Saint-Joseph, Notre-Dame de Sion, etc.) and achieved "Mention Bien" or "Très Bien" (Honors), you may be eligible for this AEFE scholarship. It is highly prestigious and covers a portion of both living expenses and tuition fees.
Scholarships from the French Embassy in Turkey: The French Institute in Turkey occasionally offers specific grants. While many are targeted at Master’s level, "Licence/Bachelor" programs do exist.

Process: Check the “Duyurular” (Announcements) section of the website regularly. The “France Excellence” call for applications for Master's programs is usually published in the spring or at the end of the year for the following year.
