In order to best anticipate the administrative registration that you will make online once you have confirmed that you accept the offer of admission made by ESSEC, we recommend that you prepare, in digital format, the following elements:
- A good quality passport photo, in the format of a photo required for an identity document. This photo will be used to create your ESSCE student card. See the criteria for a photo in our article "Requirements for Student Card Photos".
- A full birth certificate (with full filiation). See details and the procedure for obtaining it in our article on "Birth Certificate".
- A copy of a valid identity document, - front AND back if it is the national identity card. See our article on "Safety : how to keep ID and/or valuable documents"
You will then be able to complete your online procedure very quickly to register for ESSEC.
The registrar's office will have to validate it after verifying that everything is in compliance. You will then be able to access your personal space, MyRegistrar, download your documents (school certificate, ESSEC account statement), pay online, upload your documents to inform us of your situation (scholarship certificate, loan certificate, etc.).
Payment of the 1st year tuition fees can be made online at your own pace as long as the full amount is paid before August 31 or the date indicated on your ESSEC account statement.
