I've been awarded an ESSEC "Excellence" or "Diversity" Scholarship . How do I see it? [Scholarship]

In case you have been awarded by ESSEC an "Excellence scholarship" or a "Diversity scholarship", the amount of the scholarship will appear as a credit note in your ESSEC account statement - NOT in your E-enrollment agreement which you had to sign electronically. Indeed, your E-enrollment agreement shows the regular cost of the training as well as the means of payment you indicated (bank card or bank transfer).

Your ESSEC account statement, on the other hand, reflects your personal situation and displays

• the expected payments (minus the possible deductions such as scholarships, discounts), i.e the payments expected by ESSEC at the indicated dates
• the payments that you already made and that were registered by ESSEC Accounting
• the possible payments in your favor.

The scholarship amount is evenly distributed over each year tuition fees are billed, e.g over 4 years for BBA, over 2 years for Grande Ecole MiM.

When can you access your ESSEC account statement? 

You have to finish your enrollment, have it validated and receive the magic email "Enrollment file completed" granting you access to your intranet MyRegistrar.

Then, your ESSEC account statement is to download from the portal MyRegistrar, in "My Documents" section.

If the amount of your Excellence or Diversity scholarship happens to contain any error, do not hesitate to inform our office by submitting a request.

For any other modification of the remaining due amount, remember that you must upload in "My Administrative process" all documentary evidence that might reduce your pending payment.
