The Annual Allocation

For Whom?

You are a student and meet the degree, study, and nationality conditions of the regulatory circular for social criteria scholarships, You are not subject to the exclusion cases of the same circular,

You are in one of these situations:

• Proven independence

• Family breakdown

• Resumption of studies

• Other situations (More details on this page)
  
  

When?

The application file for annual aid will be available starting in July for the academic year. As soon as you have your certificate of enrollment, you can submit an application for the annual allocation.

After December 31 of the current university year, only "family breakdown" situations can be examined under this scheme.

Good to Know!

The annual allocation allows you to be exempt from university registration fees and the Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC). 

• You can request reimbursement of the advanced fees from your institution of enrollment and from cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr.
  
  

How?

Mandatory: Before any application for annual aid, please create your Student Social File (DSE) on messservices.etudiant.gouv.fr (even outside the main scholarship campaign period).

1. Download the Higher Education Scholarship Application File and follow the instructions on page 4 of the file.

2. Complete and return the file by email to the address indicated, attaching your letter of motivation, your certificate of enrollment (if you have it), and all the other requested documents.

3. Send your duly completed and signed file by email to the address: asaa@crous-versailles.fr

For better follow-up, we recommend that you declare your ongoing process to the Registrar's Office.
