The One-Time Aid

The one-time emergency aid allows for taking into account new, unforeseen situations that occur during the university year. These situations, due to their seriousness, require that one-time aid be provided to enable the student to continue their studies. These situations are attested to by a social assessment.

The one-time aid can be combined with a social criteria scholarship, an annual emergency aid, a mobility supplement, or a merit supplement.

For Whom?

  • A scholarship or non-scholarship student enrolled in initial training in a higher education institution.

  • Must be under 35 years old on September 1st of the year of higher education for which the aid is requested. This age limit does not apply to students with a disability recognized by the Commission for the Rights and Autonomy of Disabled Persons (CDAPH).

  • Must be enrolled in initial training at an institution or a section of an institution within the academy of the CROUS of Versailles.

When?

You can benefit from the one-time aid throughout the university year. Each application is examined by a commission that meets on a weekly basis.

How?

  1. Schedule an appointment online with the Social Services of the CROUS of Versailles.

  2. Complete and submit a file with the requested supporting documents to the CROUS.

  3. Review of the file by a CROUS social worker.

  4. Presentation to the restricted commission.
