CROUS - Regional Merit Aid Île-de-France - Scholarship Recipients with "très bien" Baccalaureate Honors

Modified on Tue, 24 Feb at 3:58 PM

The Region rewards scholarship recipients who obtained a "très bien" mention (honors) on the Baccalaureate in Île-de-France, and who are continuing their studies in a higher education institution in the Île-de-France region.

For what type of project? The Region wishes to reward the merit of Baccalaureate recipients with "très bien" honors from low-income families and prevent self-censorship and selection based on wealth.

It thus offers merit aid for these Île-de-France Baccalaureate recipients who are pursuing their studies in Île-de-France.

Who can benefit? To benefit from the regional merit aid, you must:

  • Have obtained a "très bien" mention on the Baccalaureate in Île-de-France the previous year.

  • Be enrolled in an Île-de-France higher education institution during the current year.

  • Be a national scholarship recipient based on social criteria.

  • Be domiciled in Île-de-France.

What is the nature of the aid? The regional merit aid is an amount of €1,000.

It is paid in 1 single installment during the 1st year of higher education.

  • For students in social work, paramedical, and midwifery training programs, the aid is paid by the Île-de-France Region.

  • For other higher education students, the payment of the aid is managed by the CROUS of Paris.

Application Process The student does not have to take any steps (no documents to provide or application to complete).

The regional aid is paid directly into the student's account, by the CROUS of Paris or the Region, after the review of the student's social file (DSE) and verification of the eligibility conditions for the regional merit aid.
