CROUS - My ESSEC account statement reflects My Conditional Notice/My Final Notice

[In French only since CROUS scholarship holders are fiscal residents in France, therefore we assume that you are proficient in French.]

After reading our articles and following our webinars, you have understood that a CROUS scholarship recipient is eligible for a tuition fee reduction.

How is this reflected on your ESSEC account statement?

  1. Your Conditional Notice. You upload it to MyRegistrar.

  2. The Registrar's office will then position the amount of the reduction for which you are eligible on the payment date of October 16th of the academic year.

Below is an example for an Admissions on Title student.

  3. Why October 16th?

Because all students have until midnight on October 15th, Cergy time, to upload their Final Notice to MyRegistrar.

This rule is indicated in the education contract you signed during your enrollment.

  4. If you upload your Final Notice in a timely manner, all is well.

Below is an example of a reduction formalized in 2021 as a social scholarship and ESSEC Alumni aid.

The "minus" sign in front of the amount means that the amount is deducted from the tuition fees/services.

  5. However, if you upload your Final Notice AFTER the fateful time of midnight on October 15th.

Then, you revert to being... neither a pumpkin nor a frog, but liable for the sum in question. And this takes effect on October 16th.

Therefore, there is a BEFORE and an AFTER midnight on October 15th.
