Return from Apprenticeship Fees

Modified on Fri, 6 Feb at 2:43 PM

Grande École students who are not immediately awarded their diploma upon returning from their apprenticeship automatically resume their student status

They will need to pay re-enrollment fees in the following academic year (N+1) if they must re-enroll to validate additional course units (UV-"Unité de Valeur"), international or experiential units (UVEI-"Unité de Valeur d’Expérience Internationale"), or other requirements to obtain their Grande École diploma. For more details, see our article on Enrollment, Diploma, and Re-enrollment.

For Global BBA students, as mentioned in this article, the period from September to December—during which they complete their apprenticeship as an extension of their fourth year—does not incur re-enrollment fees. These students are then presented to the February graduation jury.

However, if these students decide to resume academic or internship activities starting in January (post-apprenticeship courses or internships), they must re-enroll for a 5th year and pay the full re-enrollment fees, which are not prorated. In this case, they will be presented to the July graduation jury.

Reminder: Additional fees (alumni association, preventive medicine, etc.) must be paid at the start of each academic year.
