French Scholarships: If you are leaving as part of an exchange program OR an internship, we suggest you apply to:
the Departmental Council (Conseil départemental) OR,
the Regional Council (Conseil régional) OR,
the Town Hall (Mairie) of your parents' main residence. This aid does not systematically cover the entire duration of the trip or all destinations but may prove useful.
Please note: some regions and/or departments do not offer this type of mobility scholarship and/or the amount differs from one department/region to another. To find out more, contact your Departmental Council or Regional Council directly.
The advantage of this aid: it is entirely possible to combine multiple scholarships when you go abroad. Don't hesitate to inquire!
