My Online Enrollment - Global BBA

Modified on Fri, 6 Feb at 9:58 AM

You have been admitted to the ESSEC Global BBA. Here are the steps to follow after receiving your admission offer:

  1. You will need to confirm whether you accept the admission offer you received from ESSEC.
  2. You will be required to make a prepayment, which will later be deducted from your tuition fees for the upcoming academic year.
  3. Once this prepayment is received, ESSEC’s IT system will generate a unique ESSEC student code for you. This ESSEC ID will be in the format B00 (B zero zero) followed by 6 digits. Memorize this ESSEC ID and provide it whenever you communicate with ESSEC. You are now part of the ESSEC community.
  4. You will receive an email explaining how to retrieve your ESSEC ID and create your password (login).
  5. You will receive an email from the ESSEC Registrar titled "Start Your Enrollment."

What is the Registrar? Click [here] to understand the role of the Registrar, a cross-functional service for all schools within the ESSEC Group, compared to the academic affairs office.

Read carefully: Chronological Enrollment Steps (in English) to understand when you will gain access to your intranet, MyRegistrar.

There is no need to request your enrollment certificate or personal account statement, as you will have 24/7 access to these once you receive the email "Enrollment File Validated."

Don’t forget: You have access to the Registrar’s FAQ, with over 400 articles—just type in your keywords of choice.
