Bachelor Act Enrollment

The Bachelor Act is a joint program between ESSEC and CY. Each student must complete administrative enrollment with both institutions.

  1. ESSEC A message outlining the ESSEC enrollment process will be sent to you shortly after your initial payment of €2,500 is registered.

  2. CY Here is a summary of the steps to follow: The online enrollment procedure for new students is open from July 8 to October 14 (with a break from July 25 to August 18).

    1. Create your account on the eCandidat platform (see tutorial, link below). 

    2. Once your information is validated by CYU, you will receive an email from CYU’s registrar’s office with access to the administrative enrollment platform, where you will need to upload several documents:

      1. Color ID photo

      2. Proof of identity

      3. High school transcript ("relevé de notes du bac") 

      4. CVEC certificate (the same one you already generated for your ESSEC enrollment) 

      5. If you are a minor, a parental consent form 


No additional payment is required.

Note: The ESSEC Registrar’s Office cannot answer questions regarding enrollment at CY.
