This partnership has only been signed with the LCL agency near ESSEC, that is in Cergy Préfecture. Your local branch or the branch located in Cergy le Haut may not offer the same terms.
1. Opening a bank account
ESSEC students benefit from preferred terms. ESSEC Foreign students may also open a bank account at LCL in Cergy, but only after their arrival in France. Depending on the duration of their study period, terms may vary.
2. Student loan
The first advantage for French nationals over 18, enrolled at ESSEC Business School : no guarantor is required.
Non French students must have a guarantor and a residence permit that meet the LCL requirements.
Minor French students enrolled at Global BBA may also take out a student loan. Funds will be paid to the School when students turn 18. Students must provide ESSEC with their LCL loan attestation.

Please note : non French nationals or French not residing in France are required by French law to have a guarantor in France with sufficient financial coverage when applying for a student loan. Depending on the bank, this guarantor must meet different criteria. Enquire at each of the banks you'll contact.
