CROUS - ESSEC Alumni Scholarship on Lifetime Membership Fee

For the 2026/2027 academic year, ESSEC Alumni is reaffirming its support for CROUS scholarship students by introducing a new scheme offering a partial exemtion of the one-off ESSEC Alumni lifetime membership fee.

The ESSEC Alumni lifetime membership provides an access to one of the most influential networks nationally and globally, supporting your professional future. 

Thanks to this membership, ESSEC students benefit from a range of exclusive services from their very first day — and for the rest of their lives:

• opportunities for mentoring, coaching, career guidance and privileged access to targeted job vacancies,
• access to an active network of nearly 80,000 alumni in France and internationally
• networking events, sector-specific groups, and dedicated support for entrepreneurial projects or career transitions,

To ensure this pathway to success is accessible, the association has decided to grant a €545 exemption to all ESSEC students receiving a CROUS scholarship*, regardless of their échelon attributed by the CROUS.

For the 2026/2027 academic year:

Reference amount of the ESSEC Alumni membership fee: €1,820

ESSEC Alumni support: - €545 (i.e. 30% discount)

Amount remaining, to be paid: €1,275

Programmes:

This grant is available to students of Grande Ecole, Global BBA, Master in Finance, Master in Data (DSBA), BSc AIDAMS, Bachelor ACT, HEPTA and Master in Strategy & Management of International Business (SMIB).

Steps to follow:

1. Upload your avis conditionnel delivered by the CROUS on the MyRegistrar intranet.
2. Your account statement is updated. You will receive a payment deferral, effective 16 October, for the amount of the grant, based on your CROUS avis conditionnel.
3. ESSEC will confirm your registration with the CROUS, and the CROUS will send you your final notification/avis définitif from August to October
4. Upload your avis définitif on the My Registrar intranet by 23:59 on 15 October.
5. Your account statement is finally updated according to your avis définitif.
