CROUS - Bachelor Act: Steps for Scholarship Recipients

The Declaration to the CROUS:

You will need to create your application file on the website MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr. For more information, you can consult this link to find out how to create your Student Social File (DSE).

ESSEC is under the Versailles Academy, and you must ensure you are linked to it (at the top of your conditional notice, which should indicate CROUS de Versailles).

The program is linked under the ESSEC code UAI 0951214D:

• Academy = Académie de Versailles

• Institution = ESSEC de Cergy

• Program = Bachelor Act

• Specialties = Bachelor Act - Apprendre à conduire les transitions (Avec CY Université)

• Year in the program = Year 1 / Year 2 / Year 3

The Declaration to ESSEC:

After the administrative validation of your file at ESSEC, you will have access to the My Registrar intranet. You will be able to submit your conditional CROUS notice in the "my procedures" section from March to July. ESSEC will be able to confirm your status with the CROUS starting in August. You will then have access to your final notice on your DSE tracking (CROUS platform). This final notice must be registered on the intranet before October 15th.

The aid you will receive will be updated in two steps:

• Upon receipt of your conditional notice, your account statement will be updated with an amount due on August 31st and another on October 16th, based on the tier indicated on the document. The first amount must be paid, and the second will be put on hold pending receipt of your final notice.

• Upon receipt of your final notice between September and October 15th, your account statement will be updated based on your final tier. The amount put on hold for October 16th will be converted into a scholarship based on your final tier.
